What exactly do I get when I buy a toolkit?
Each toolkit is a downloadable set of editable templates and guidance documents. The product page lists the specific components. You receive a download link by email after purchase. Final downloadable files are being confirmed before fulfillment is enabled, so some products currently route through an inquiry while we finalize delivery.
Are these legal, medical, or compliance-certified documents?
No. Our materials are educational governance tools. They are mapped to recognized frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act, but a framework reference describes what the material is aligned to, not a certification of your organization. Have qualified counsel review any policy before you adopt it.
What is the difference between a toolkit and an engagement?
Toolkits are productized and self-serve. You download and adapt them yourself. Engagements, such as the 30-Day AI Governance Sprint and the Board-Level Deep Dive, include guided help and begin with a conversation rather than a checkout.
How does the 30-Day AI Governance Sprint work?
It is a guided engagement, not a pure download. After you start, you receive a confirmation, an onboarding request and a scheduling step. Over 30 days we help you adopt a policy, build an initial risk register and produce a first board-ready report.
Why do some products say “request” or “inquiry” instead of “buy”?
Higher-touch products, like the Healthcare AI Risk & Compliance Kit and the Board-Level Deep Dive, are gated or inquiry-only so we can confirm fit and provide the appropriate terms and disclaimers before access. During launch, some download products also route through an inquiry while we finalize files and checkout.
Do you work with organizations outside healthcare?
Yes. Our focus is healthcare and regulated industries generally, including financial services and other high-stakes environments. The governance principles and frameworks apply broadly.
What is your refund policy?
Refund terms for digital products and engagements are described on the Refund Policy page. Please review it before purchase. For instant-download products, specific terms apply once delivery is enabled.
How is my data handled?
Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and manage your relationship with us. See the Privacy Policy for details. Do not submit protected health information or other sensitive personal data through our forms.
What is the relationship between Preceptum.ai and Preceptum.com?
Preceptum.ai is the commerce and product site where you buy toolkits and start engagements. Preceptum.com is the advisory authority site for the broader practice. They are part of the same ecosystem but serve different purposes.
