Digital products

Because toolkits are delivered as downloadable digital goods, they are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If you have not yet downloaded the files, contact us to request a refund.

Defective or misdelivered products

If a product is defective, fails to deliver, or does not match its description, contact us within a reasonable period and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Engagements

Productized engagements, such as the 30-Day Governance Sprint and tailored enterprise engagements are governed by the terms confirmed at the time of scoping. Refund eligibility depends on work performed.
